A written proposal with scope, price, timeline, and success criteria.
We need:
Sign-off or feedback. No hidden negotiation rounds.
Build
We build the system, integrate it with your existing tools, and test it against real data — not toy examples. You’ll see progress weekly. No scope creep, no “while we’re at it” surprises.
You get:
A working system, documentation, a Loom walkthrough, and a training session with your team.
We need:
Access credentials, one point of contact, and willingness to test before launch.
Run
Once it’s live, we monitor it, fix what breaks, and improve what could be better. You can stay on a monthly retainer for ongoing capacity, or just pay per fix when something needs attention. Cancellable any time.
You get:
Response SLAs, monthly check-ins, and a change log of every update.

What tools do you typically use?

What if the build doesn’t work?
We define success up front in the proposal. If we miss it, we keep working until we hit it — no extra charge.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We’ll sign yours or send ours — whichever’s faster.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes — we’ll deploy to your own infrastructure or ours, your call. We document everything so you’re never locked in.
Do you do retainers?
